No! Thermal Exchange is completely free to join. You only pay for the sessions you book. We charge a small service fee (10-15%) to maintain the platform and ensure quality, but there are no monthly subscriptions or hidden costs.
Are all hosts background-checked?+
Yes. Every host undergoes comprehensive background checks, identity verification, CPR certification, and completes our thermal wellness safety training program before they can list their space.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?+
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Reschedule anytime based on host availability. We understand plans change and want to make it easy for you.
Is thermal therapy safe for everyone?+
Most people can safely enjoy thermal therapy, but we recommend consulting your doctor if you have heart conditions, are pregnant, or have other health concerns. Our hosts are trained to provide guidance and ensure your safety.
How do I become a host?+
